M. at Meeting Room No. 3, Hotel Hyatt Ahmedabad, Near Vastrapur Lake, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad - 380015 to transact the following business, alongwith the other usual agenda:-

• a. To approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31[st ] March, 2019;

• b. To consider to recommend Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2018 - 19, if any;

• 2.) Further, It is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Employee(s)/Insiders for a period starting from 4[th ] April, 2019 and will remain to be closed till forty-eight ( 48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
