• Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give intimation that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 13 th day of November, 2019 at 11:00 A. M. at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at 8th Floor, Ramakrishna Chambers, Productivity Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara - 390005 among other agendas to transact the following business,

"TO APPROVE THE UNAUDITED STANDALONE AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE QUARTER / HALF YEAR ENDED 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2019".

• 2.) Further, It is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Employee(s)/ Insiders for the period starting from 1st October, 2019 and will remain closed till forty-eight ( 48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2019.

Pursuant to the same, the period of closure of trading window is as under:

• From: Tuesday, October 1, 2019

• To : Friday, November 15, 2019 (both days inclusive)
