• 1.) Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 28[th] Day of May, 2025 to transact the following business, alongwith the other usual agenda:-

• a. To approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, along with the Auditor’s Report on Audited Financial Results, for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2025;

• b. To consider to recommend Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25, if any;

• 2.) Further, in continuation to our letter dated 26.03.2025, for closure of trading window, it is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Employee(s)/Insiders for a period starting from 1[st] April, 2025 and will continue to remain closed till 30[th] May, 2025 pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading.
