In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, have approved the appointment of M/s. D.P. Sarda & Co., Chartered Accountants, Nagpur, (FRN: 117227W) as Internal Auditors of Borgaon Unit of the Company and M/s. Y. Iyer & Co, Chartered Accountant, Vadodara, (FRN: 112792W), as Internal Auditors of Petlad unit of the Company. The requisite details of such appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated 9[th] September, 2015, are given as under:-
