Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 13[th] August 2024, regarding re‐appointment of Shri Chirayush Indrajitbhai Patel (DIN: 08690998) as an Independent Director for the second term of 5 years.
In continuation to the same, we would like to inform that the Members of the Company at 105[th] Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 27[th] September, 2024 approved the re‐ appointment of Shri Chirayush Indrajitbhai Patel as an Independent Director of the Company. The tenure of Shri Chirayush Indrajitbhai Patel shall be for a period of five years w.e.f. 14[th] February, 2025.
