• 1.) Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 29[th] Day of May, 2023 to transact the following business, alongwith the other usual agenda:-

• a. To approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, along with the Auditor’s Report on Audited Financial Results, for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2023;

• b. To consider to recommend Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2022-23, if any;

• 2.) Further, in continuation to our letter dated 27.03.2023, for closure of trading window, it is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Employee(s)/Insiders for a period starting from 1[st] April, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 31[st] May, 2023 pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading.
