We wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e 12[th] August, 2023, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, have proposed for re-appointment of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia (DIN: 00035381) as Managing Director of the Company, for further term of three years from 1[st] April 2024 to 31[st] March, 2027.
The Company proposes to seek Member’s approval for the above proposal.
