Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 12th August 2023, regarding re-appointment of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia (DIN: 00035381) as Managing Director for the term of three years w.e.f. 01.04.2024.
In continuation to the same, we would like to inform that the Members of the Company at 104th Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 25th September, 2023 approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia (DIN: 00035381) as Managing Director of the Company. The tenure of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia shall be for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st April, 2024.
