In continuation to the same, we would like to inform that the Members of the Company at 104[th] Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 25[th] September, 2023 approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rakesh Todi as an Independent Director of the Company. The tenure of Mr. Rakesh Todi shall be for a period of five years w.e.f. 13[th] August, 2024.
