Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 12[th] August 2022, regarding re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Pandit (DIN:08132980) as an Independent Director for the second term of 5 years.
In continuation to the same, we would like to inform that the Members of the Company at 103[rd] Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 28[th] September, 2022 approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Pandit as an Independent Director of the Company. The tenure of Mr. Ashok Pandit shall be for a period of five years w.e.f. 12[th] August, 2022.
With reference to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, we give hereunder the details regarding reappointment of Mr. Ashok Pandit.
