Nature of the Event: Rejection of Request for Recognition as Class Action

Further to the company's report dated June 11, 2015¹ and as mentioned in sections 3.17.7.5 and 8.8 of the company's periodic report for 2024² regarding a lawsuit and a request to recognize the lawsuit as a class action against 11 defendants, including the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, for claims allegedly relating to air pollution in the Haifa Bay and resulting damages to the Haifa Bay population (the request for recognition as a class action), in the amount of approximately NIS 14.4 billion, the company is honored to update that on January 13, 2026, the Tel Aviv District Court rejected the request for recognition as a class action and ordered court costs totaling NIS 1 million in favor of the defendants.
