Further to the Company's press release dated March 12, 2025 ("the Previous PR"), regarding the entry by a subsidiary of the Company into, inter alia, a Share Purchase Agreement with SI Manucaturing, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of California, the Company is pleased to update that on August 29, 2025, all required regulatory approvals in the United States have been obtained.
As of the date hereof, not all the conditions precedent to the completion of the Transaction have been fulfilled yet.
