PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) (“PaySauce”) announces that the Annual Shareholders' Meeting (ASM) shall be held virtually only.

The 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on Friday 24 September 2021 at 10am will go ahead and all shareholders are invited to attend the meeting virtually. Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person.
