Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 30, 2018, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. As previously announced, the Company will hold a conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
