Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 9, 2016, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. In the press release, the Company announced that it will hold a conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, to discuss its financial results. The press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
