On May 26, 2016, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the approval of a stock repurchase plan, which was approved by the Company’s board of directors on May 25, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
