TRADING HALT
The securities of Kin Mining NL (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 18 December 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Kin Mining NL (ASX: KIN ) requests the granting of a trading halt in KIN’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement regarding a Capital Raising.
It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of KIN making the announcement in respect to the Capital Raising or the opening of trading on Monday, 18 December 2017.
KIN confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
