PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)

On 22 August 2013 AXA Investment Managers S.A., Paris La Défense Cedex,
France, has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via
shares its voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3;
WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on 31 July 2013 and amounted 2.9959%. This corresponds to
1,889,759 voting rights. All voting rights are attributed to AXA Investment
Managers S.A., pursuant to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Furthermore, on 22 August 2013 AXA S.A., Paris, France, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 31
July 2013 and amounted 2.9959%. This corresponds to 1,889,759 voting
rights. All voting rights are attributed to AXA S.A. pursuant to article 22
section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
