On January 16, 2008, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA has informed us retroactively according to article 21,
section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on PATRIZIA Immobilien AG
(ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg, Germany, have exceeded the 5 %
limit of the voting rights on February 26, 2007 and amounted 5.05%. This
corresponds to 2,630,400 voting rights.
All of the voting rights of Fidelity Management & Research Company are
attributed to it pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
