according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights on
February 19, 2008 and amounted 4.89 %. This corresponds to 2,547,512 voting
