On October 4, 2007, Presima Inc., Montreal, Canada, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on September 27,
2007 and amounted 3.53%. This corresponds to 1,841,250 voting rights.
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Presima Inc. pursuant
article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6 WpHG.
