On October 18, 2007, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Short Hills, USA, has
informed us pursuant to article 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting
rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 5 % on October 17,
2007 when voting rights reached 4.86 % which totals to 2,531,862 voting
shares.
All of these voting rights were attributable to Franklin Mutual Advisers,
LLC according to article 22 (1) sent. 1 No 6 WpHG. As of present date, no
individual fund or series fund holds 3 % or more of the total voting rights
