FMR LLC., Boston, Massachusetts, USA has informed us on 1st November, 2007
that as a result of an internal merger reorganisation effective from 1st
October, 2007, FMR LLC. became the successor entity to FMR Corp. and has
assumed all rights and obligations.
FMR LLC. therefore informed us that on 1st October, 2007 FMR LLC exceeded
via shares the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % of the voting rights in PATRIZIA
Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg, Germany, and
held 7.84 % (4,086,870 voting rights). All of the voting rights of FFM LLC.
are attributed to it pursuant to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and
sent. 2 of the German Securities Trading Act.
