PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Arwed Fischer becomes new CFO

Augsburg (Germany) – February 13, 2008. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN
DE000PAT1AG3) today announces that the Supervisory Board has appointed
Arwed Fischer to the Managing Board of the Company with effect from March
1, 2008. Arwed Fischer will be the Management Board responsible for Finance
– a position that has been temporarily covered by Alfred Hoschek since Dr.
Georg Erdmann left on December 31, 2007.

Arwed Fischer (55) is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who will be
positive for the further development of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. He has many
years’ experience as a management board member in listed trading companies,
most recently at KarstadtQuelle AG in Essen.

Because of the appointment of the new CFO on March 1, 2008 and to give him
the opportunity of settling in, the publication of the annual financial
statements for the 2007 financial year will be postponed from March 13,
2008 to April 2, 2008.
