Sale of Inapa Packaging SAS

Under the terms and for the purposes of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Inapa - Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, S.A. ("Inapa IPG") hereby informs the market of the following:

In accordance with the Creditors' Meeting resolution of 27 September 2024, on the date hereof the agreement has been entered into, pursuant to which Europackaging - Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, Lda, a subsidiary of Inapa IPG, sold to Next Pack SAS 100% (one hundred per cent) of the shareholdings in Inapa Packaging SAS and, consequently and indirectly, of its subsidiaries SEMAQ - Societé DEmballage et de Manutention DAquitaine and Embaltec SAS, for the amount of EUR 20,000,000 (twenty million euros).

The transfer of the shareholdings was completed on the date hereof, as well as the payment of the above-mentioned price, as a fixed price, not contractually subject to any revision mechanism.
