SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A. INFORMS ON DISPOSAL OF SHAREHOLDINGS IN THE ENERGY AREA.

SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, S.A., public company announces that its subsidiary, SDC CONCESSÕES, SGPS, SA, has entered into an agreement with INFRAVENTUS RENEWABLES TRADING, Lda. to dispose of the participations held in Soares da Costa Hidroenergia, SA, Soares da Costa Hidroenergia 1T, Lda., Soares da Costa Hidroenergia 4T, Lda. and Soares da Costa Hidroenergia 8T, Lda., companies which operate in the renewable energies area.

This disposal is part of the outlined and repeatedly announced financial liabilities restructuring strategy of the Group headed by SDC Investimentos. Although the transaction will be made at a symbolic price, the transferred financial liabilities will reduce the Group´s bank liabilities in about 6.8 million euros.

The transaction will have an estimated negative impact of around 300 Thousand Euros in the consolidated results.
