SDC INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, SA INFORMS ABOUT CONVERSATIONS FOR SALE OF PARTICIPATION

SDC-INVESTIMENTOS, SGPS, SA, a listed company, announces that it has agreed with GAM HOLDINGS and SOARES DA COSTA CONSTRUÇÃO, SGPS, SA, to develop conversations aimed to the sale of the 33.3% holding in the latter to GAM HOLDINGS, or to a company owned by GAM, as well as to the separation of joint or cross liabilities that still subsist towards third parties.

In due course, the outcome of these talks will be announced, which, to become an agreement will require, besides the understanding among the three parties, the consent of third entities.
