Under the terms and for the purposes provided for in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Inapa – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, S.A. ("Inapa IPG") informs the market, that Inapa IPG has been notified of the insolvency judgment concerning Inapa IPG and regarding the appointment of Bruno da Costa Pereira, a registered insolvency administrator, as the administrator of the insolvency proceedings of this process.

This appointment follows the filing of the initial petition for the insolvency of Inapa IPG on July 29, 2024, which was submitted to the Commercial Court of the Judicial District of Lisboa Oeste.

Furthermore, Inapa IPG informs that the assembly for the assessment of the report presented by the insolvency administrator, as provided for in Article 156 of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code (C.I.R.E.), will take place in court on September 27, 2024, at 14:00.
