("Inapa IPG") hereby shares that Euronext Lisbon has disclosed through its channels on 15 October 2024 an announcement informing that the ordinary shares issued by Inapa IPG, with the ISIN Code PTINA0AP0008, will be delisted from Euronext Lisbon as of 29 October 2024, with the last trading day being 28 October 2024. The removal was determined by Euronext's decision, taken under the terms of Rule 6905/1 (ii) of Rule Book I: Harmonised Rules, due to the fact that the company has been declared insolvent.
