By the Decision no. 818 / 19.06.2017, the Financial Supervisory Authority approved the Merger Document of Patria Bank SA, which can be consulted by the shareholders on the website www.patriabank.ro in the Investors section http://patriabank.ro/d/622, as well as at the company's headquarters in 31 Brezoianu Ion, actor Str., floors 1, 2 and attic, Bucharest, Romania, postal code 010131.

At the same time, the Financial Supervisory Authority issued the Certificate of Registration of Securities no. AC-3004-14 / 19.06.2017, regarding the new shares issued by Patria Bank SA as a result of the merger.

Patria Bank SA will continue to undertake the necessary steps with the Central Depository for the registration of the share capital increase as a result of the merger.
