CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by CodeLab Capital AS (the "Company")
on 5 May 2025 regarding the Company's acquisition of Kuba Norge AS for a total consideration of
NOK 20 million, of which 1/3 of the purchase price was to be settled through a share capital increase
in the Company, through offsetting the sellers' claim for payment against the subscription amount in
the share capital increase. The aforementioned share capital increase has now been registered with
the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK
31,952,548.5058789 divided on 12,937,945 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.469677256.
