Following the transaction Anton Bondesen and related parties hold 4.413.614 shares in the Company, corresponding to 30,74% of the outstanding shares.

Hofsnes Gruppen Holding AS controlled by Georg Pedersen, CEO of Cloudya, has today acquired 18.700 shares at an average price of NOK 2.39 per share.
