This is further to intimation of the company on the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors dated 07[th] September, 2023 where the Board of Directors has approved Raising of funds of up to Rs.10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Only) by way of offer and issue of equity shares/ reissue of forfeited shares to the existing and eligible shareholders of the Company on right basis (Rights Issue) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder and as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws and as per direction of Stock Exchanges.

Further in line with above matter, this is to inform you that the meeting of Right Issue Committee of Board of Directors is proposed to be held on Wednesday, 28[th] August, 2024 , inter alia , to consider, discuss and decide various matters in connection with the Rights Issue, including the specific terms of the Rights Issue, such as the determination of the Rights Issue price and related payment mechanism, Rights Issue size, rights entitlement ratio, the record date and timing of the Rights Issue
