R Kannan Joins Patel Integrated Logistics Limited as an Independent Director:

Mumbai, October 2024 : Patel Integrated Logistics Limited (BSE: 526381 & NSE: PATINGLOG), one of the leading logistics and supply chain service providers in India, today, has announced the appointment of Mr. R Kannan, a distinguished Corporate and Economic Advisor and Member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, as an Independent Director on the board subject to necessary regulatory approval.

Mr. Kannan brings over 39 years of expertise in finance, strategy, and corporate performance management, having held key leadership roles in prominent companies such as TCS, PwC, Hinduja Group, ICICI Bank, and Piramal Group.
