İstanbul-Beşiktaş İlçesi, Levent/Etiler girişinde inşaatı ve satışları devam eden Next Level İstanbul proje alanı bitişiğindeki tapu alanı 12.557m2 olan Akademiler Sitesi Malikleri ile dönüşüm ve proje geliştirme amacı ile yapılan görüşmelerde; proje teknik ve teklif detayları konusunda bilgi verilmiş, Kentsel Dönüşüm çerçevesinde Kat Karşılığı İnşaat Sözleşmesi müzakere edilmiştir.

Akademiler Sitesi Malikleri ile Kentsel Dönüşüm kapsamında Kat Karşılığı İnşaat Sözleşmesi üzerinde varılan mutabakat çerçevesinde sözkonusu sözleşme Kat Maliklerinin imzasına sunulmuştur.

Gelişmeler yatırımcılarımız ve kamuoyu ile paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir.

During negotiations with the residents of Akademiler Sitesi, located on a 12,557m² plot adjacent to the Next Level İstanbul project site at the entrance of Levent/Etiler in Beşiktaş District, Istanbul, information regarding project technicalities and proposals was shared. A Construction Agreement for Floor Share under Urban Transformation was discussed.

In accordance with the agreement reached with the residents of Akademiler Sitesi under the scope of Urban Transformation, the Construction Agreement for Floor Share has been presented to the apartment owners for signature. Updates will continue to be shared with our investors and the public.
