Additional Explanations

Our Board of Directors' proposal for the distribution of a dividend of 100,000,000 TL (approximately 0.02 TL per share) from the 2023 profit was approved at the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, authorizing the Board of Directors for dividend distribution.

At its meeting on 03.12.2024, the Board of Directors resolved unanimously as follows:

1. At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on June 26, 2024, it was resolved to distribute 100,000,000 TL in dividends from the 2023 profit, with the payment date and amounts to be determined by the Board of Directors. Accordingly, the dividend payment is to commence on December 27, 2024, at approximately 0.020833 TL per share.

2. To announce this decision on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) for the information of our investors.
