PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DATE OF THIRD QUARTER 2008 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, October 7, 2008 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 on November 5, 2008.

David Avner (CEO), Emanuel Avner (CFO) and Oded Degany (V.P. Corporate Development, Strategy and IRO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israeli Time.
