PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DATE OF 2009 ANNUAL RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, January 12, 2010 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31[st] 2009 on February 9, 2010.

David Avner (CEO), Emanuel Avner (CFO) and Oded Degany (V.P. Corporate Development, Strategy and IRO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israeli Time.
