PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS A TYPING ERROR ON ITS 2008 ANNUAL & Q4 RESULTS PRESS RELEASE

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, February 23, 2009 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (“Partner” or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator , wishes to correct a typing error in the Q4 2008 financial results that were released this morning. In footnote number 5 on the first page, the words "net income decreased by 3.0%" should be replaced with "net income increased by 4.3%".
