PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES S&P MAALOT REMAINS UNCHANGED PARTNER'S RATING FOLLOWING EXPECTED CAPITAL REDUCTION IN AMOUNT OF NIS 1.4 BILLIONS.

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, March 9, 2010 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that Standard & Poor's Maalot ("S&P Maalot") announced today as follows: "the rating and rating outlook of Partner (iIAA -/Stable) and of its parent company, Scailex Corporation Ltd. (iIA - /Stable), remain unchanged following the approval of the capital reduction in the amount of NIS 1.4 billion, given that it was already taken into account entirely in our expectations of the companies' ratings. In our assessment, the margin that exists in the financial profile of Partner in the current rating is sufficient to compensate for the expected rise of leverage as a result of the capital reduction".
