PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS WILL HOST A CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS THE SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT OF 012 SMILE

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, October 14, 2010 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will host a conference call to discuss the share purchase agreement of 012 Smile Telecom Ltd., following the Company's press release dated October 13, 2010.

The conference call will be hosted by Mr.Yacov Gelbard (CEO), Mr. Emanual Avner (CFO) and Mr. Oded Degany (V.P Corporate Development and Regulation) and will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 11.30 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.30 p.m. Israel Time.
