Partner Communications Reports HWL Announcement on the Sale of 19.3% Interest of HTIL

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, December 22, 2005 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR, London: PCCD) reported today on Hutchison Whampoa Limited's ( HWL ) announcement on the sale of 19.3% interest in Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited ( HTIL ) to Orascom Telecom.
