PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS MANAGEMENT CHANGES

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 13, 2021 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, reports, that following the appointment on May 12, 2021, of Mr. Avi Zvi as new CEO at the Company, Mr. Yuval Keinan, Deputy CEO of the Company, submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors. He has been with the Company five and a half years.

In addition, upon the change of CEO, VP Marketing & Customer Service Division and VP Human Resources & Administration have also informed the Company of their intention to resign after 4 and 11 years of service, respectively.

פרטנר תקשורת מעדכנת על שינויים בהנהלת החברה

ראש העין, ישראל, 13 במאי, 2021 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ )"פרטנר" או "החברה"( )NASDAQ ו- TASE: PTNR), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מעדכנת, כי בהמשך למינויו של מר אבי צבי כמנכ"ל החדש של החברה ביום 12 במאי, ,2021 מר יובל קינן, משנה למנכ"ל החברה, הודיע לדירקטוריון החברה על פרישתו מהחברה. מר יובל קינן כיהן כ5- וחצי שנים בתפקיד.

בנוסף, עם החילופים בתפקיד מנכ"ל החברה, סמנכ"לית חטיבת שיווק ושירות וסמנכ"לית משאבי אנוש ומנהל הודיעו גם הן לחברה על כוונתן לפרוש מהחברה לאחר 4 שנים ו11- שנים בחברה, בהתאמה.
