PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. AVI ZVI AS THE COMPANY'S NEW CEO

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 12, 2021 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces, further to the Company's report dated April 5, 2021, that in accordance with the recommendation of the Company's Nominating Committee, the Company's Board of Directors has approved today the appointment of Mr. Avi Zvi as the new CEO of the Company, effective June 1, 2021.

Ms. Osnat Ronen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, congratulated Mr. Zvi on his appointment as the Company's CEO and noted: "Avi is an exceptionally talented manager and we are delighted that he will be leading Partner in its next phase of growth. Mr. Zvi has extensive managerial experience, particularly in the communications sector, and he is the appropriate person to lead the Partner Group towards continued growth and operational excellence. פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על מינויו של מר אבי צבי כמנכ"ל החדש של החברה

ראש העין, ישראל, 12 במאי 2021 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ )"פרטנר" או "החברה"( )NASDAQ ו- TASE: PTNR), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה, בהמשך לדיווח החברה מיום 5 באפריל ,2021 כי בהתאם להמלצת ועדת האיתור של החברה, דירקטוריון החברה אישר היום את מינויו של מר אבי צבי למנכ"ל החברה החדש, החל מיום 1 ביוני .2021
