Two new services in partnership with Explorimmo

At the RENT 2016 show, taking place on November 8 and 9 at the Grande Halle de la Villette exhibition center, Parrot Air Support, Parrot's dedicated new subsidiary for real estate and building industry professionals, is presenting two new services developed jointly with Explorimmo, the online and mobile real estate specialist.

"Full virtual tour"

This offers a fluid immersion between a property's interior and exterior.

Drone recordings provide a photorealistic 3D model of the building's outer shell, repositioned within its environment. This model is then enriched with an effective virtual tour of the property's interior by Explorimmo's teams.

This service therefore enables potential buyers to discover properties step-by-step: aerial views, from the plot to the garden, before discovering each room, virtually decorated with the latest designs. A more simple and realistic way of conceptualizing your future property.

"Promotional project monitoring"

During the various stages involved in building a property, which takes one to two years on average, a series of 3D models are created to keep buyers informed about progress made with their projects, through to the delivery of properties, while linking up with their apartments' future interiors.

The use of 3D makes it possible to offer even more realistic views of properties being built, with views shown excluding various construction elements (for instance, removing cranes, tidying up the worksite, presenting building exteriors in their environment, etc.).
