APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, PARKD Limited ( ASX: PKD , “ PARKD ” or “the Company ”) advises that Ms Lucia McLean has been appointed as Company Secretary effective today, 26 March 2026.
Ms McLean has over 20 years’ experience in providing secretarial, accounting and governance advisory services and is a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Ms McLeans’s appointment follows the retirement of Company Secretary, Mr Kevin Hart, effective today, 26 March 2026. The Board of PARKD thanks Mr Hart for his contribution and wishes him well in his retirement.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms McLean will be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters
