Park Street Nordicom A/S – Acquisition of 2G Shopping center in Glostrup

Park Street Nordicom A/S has acquired today, Monday 13 May 2019, with effective takeover date on January 1, 2019; the property 2G Shopping located in Banegårdsvej 13, 21-25, 102-116, 202-218 and Østbrovej 6, st. in Glostrup. The seller of the property is Jyske Realkredit.

Following the plans to enhance the value of the company stated in the Strategy report for 2019 published on 30th January 2019 Park Street Nordicom A/S has acquired an asset with significant potential for improvements in operational efficiencies and with long-term potential for increasing the value by design and architecture.

The company’s expectations on the EBVAT for the year 2019 remain unchanged and will be within the range of DKK 95 – 105 Million.
