Brief Profile

The Board has appointed Mr. Diwakar Agrawal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in compliance with Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.

Mr. Diwakar Agrawal, is an Associate Member of ICSI having experience in the areas of Secretarial & Legal. Besides being qualified Company Secretary, he is also a commerce graduate from University of Kanpur .
