1. The 38[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2023 will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OVAM”).

2. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23[rd] th

September, 2023 to Friday, 29 September, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of 38[th] AGM.

1. In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) rules 2014, the Company has fixed Friday, 22[nd] September 2023 as cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their votes using either remote e-voting facility or the e-voting facility at the AGM.
