In compliance to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to intimate you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held at the Registered office of the Company at Paramount House, C-125, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110028 on Thursday, 11" Day of February, 2021 at 04:00 PM., to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended 31°t December 2020.

Kindly take note that arrangement has also been made for participation of Board Members electronically through video — conferencing facility.

Further, as intimated earlier vide our Letter dated 31% December, 2020, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives has been closed from 01st January, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company i.e., till 13" February 2021 (both days inclusive).
